Mama get me home right now!

I get to go home tomorrow!!! It'll be the first time since Columbus Day!!! Isn't that like way too long?

So I've been thinking about everything that's necessary for when I go home. Knit my aunt's Christmas mittens, watch the Macy's Day Parade, Make some jewelry cause I haven't done that in months, knit some other random fun things, choose yarn to bring back with me, collect jewelry making items to bring back with me, finally go to one of Kellie's Zumba classes, hang out with Jon, Amanda, and Shawna, peel potatoes with Laura, get my wrist checked out finally, sleep in my own bed for 5 whole nights!!!! I think that's about it.

So I am very very angry with citizens bank! I had lost my debit card and tried to get a new one 3 different times and never got one. So now when I run low on cash, I have to walk an entire mile to the bank in town to get cash. Someone please shoot me! I should hopefully have one waiting for me at home tomorrow though so I'm praying for that relief.

Have you ever wondered why every single store in the world has a Black Friday sale? I kinda have. It's just so obnoxious. I mean to think some people actually wake up at 2 am to get to Kohls and Macys  by 4 or 5 am! I could never ever in a billion years do that. I'm sorry but my body views sleep as sacred.

Gah I just want to be home right now. Screw PLS and psychology I wanna be back in Cuse! Oh yeah, speaking of psychology, I need to check again to see if my test grade is up yet! I know I did really well cause it was the world's easiest psych test ever! While we're on the subject of tests, doesn't it annoy the fuck out of you when all people say before a test is "I'm gonna fail!!!!" Next time someone says that to me I'm going to say, "Have fun failing!" Then when they look at me like I'm the world's cruelest creature I'll say, "You said you were going to fail, so I'm just being supportive. Sounds fair right?

Ok, so my comp is over heating so I'll stop this post.

I'm just a girl who caint wait to go home for thanksgiving!

So finally out of that awful loud dorm! It was a bumpy road getting the but I made it to my new dorm which is so much better. I wish I hadn't had to move because I loved my old roommate to pieces. Miss RI you will be missed. (those are initials she doesn't even live in Rhode Island!)

So idk why but I haven't written here in like 2weeks! Le gasp!(that's French for gasp if you didn't know)

So I have a psych test tomorrow and I really don't feel like taking it. Unfortunately there's no way out. It's college and I do not want to fail a class!

So I don't know where my phone charger is and I'm afraid that my phone is going to have to enter that big landfill in the sky for a couple of days. Let's all have a moment of silence.

It's the most craftable time of the year!

Elle govna! Ok I stole that from my friends skype status it has nothing to do with this post other than me being really hyper and crazy in the middle of the night for no apparent reason.

Remember my trip to the er I talked about? Well I have this gross bruise on my hand from them poking me to put in an iv and failing miserably! Like it went in but it was leaking so they has to take it out cause no medicine would make it in since the saline wasn't making it in.

So back to what my post name means. You probably guessed it has to do with crafting and Christmas and that is right! I'm knitting and crocheting soo much for christmas this year. I'm crocheting rocky and bullwinkle I'm knitting mittens I'm knitting a minion from despicable me and making stockings!!! I must be crazy! Oh wait I'm also knitting two pairs of socks and a pot holder and a neck warmer! I am crazy!!!!!!

So craziness isn't really anything new though. Have you met any of my friends? We are all theatre people therefore crazy! Oy I don't know what to think anymore there's just so much crazy in my life!

Oh it's scheduling time for next semester! That is driving all of campus to madness. I somehow have like 21 credits lined up and can only take 17 so I need to go over this with my advisor. I really don't feel like having 7 classes to worry about! Oh and I'm not doing so hot in fys so I might have to retake it which would surely make me commit suicide or murder thepoor teacher neither of which are good.

Ok I just lost my train of thought. It's insanity taking over my life. I can't wait til thanksgiving! I miss mt sanity that I had over Columbus weekend which was the last Ike I was home. I also am having biffle withdrawal. Oh and I want to see my sister soo badly it's not even funny! She keeps me sane half the time and is the brainy and smart one so therefore my brain when I'm being illogical or overdramatic. I like never get to talk with her and I really miss it! I also need to see her boyfriend so we can continue our imaginary affair I made up one day as a joke that he's horrible at following it. He's smart too so idk how he always forgets about our affair! It just makes me grr at him!

Ok forgot what I was going to say again. Maybe this is a sign to go to bed but I really don't feel like getting out of bed t to shut out the light.. Oh well I need sleep before my brain dies goodnight!

Speak up I can't hear you... Oh never mind those are my thoughts I can't hear!

Tonight I'm going to talk about loud people. So you know those people who talk about five decibels louder than the rest of the planet? And do you know how they never seem to shut up until AFTER your head has started pounding? Yeah it's fucking rude and annoying of them. Now I know depending on your race and/or when you grow up you tend to speak louder but when you shout just for the fun of it you're bound to make enemies. I mean who wants enemies? I will admit sometimes I can loud without realizing it but as soon as someone asks me to quiet down I will and will also continue to be aware of it. However often loud people when asked to shut up not using those words of course they will get mad and call YOU the bitch or bastard. How is this acceptable. Because I don't find it acceptable to shout in confined spaces like hallways and classrooms.

While we're on the topic of being loud how about those people who blast music so loud that when you're on the other side of the building you can hear their music as clearly as if you are right next to them? That's also extremely rude and annoying and unacceptable. Or what about when it's that way for over an hour? Me personally I want to shoot them after just one song! People really need to learn what is and isn't ok.

Now I know in this entire post I have basically been hitching but how would you feel if you suffered from migraines and were missing your next days classes because the night before people in your dorm were so loud that they were giving you a migraine right after you had to go to the ER to get rid of the one you had for an entire week? I bet you would feel pretty shitty and want to murder people because they caused something because they were being soo unreasonable and have the nerve to tell YOU to go BUY ear plugs. Everyone who knows me knows that I go out of my way to be nice to and help others So of you're going o bitch at me then you are not going to like me. If you want ME to buy earplugs well I'm not going to and I will not try them at all unless YOU buy them for ME!!

Everything today is thoroughly cold

Ok so today it was like 42•. Ok yes I know that is not the degree symbol but sometimes I am too lazy to write out the word. I am very sad that I now need to use my winter jacket. When the weather is cold I just hate walking across campus cause I have to freeze.

I am very honored to have the author of "that's what she said" now following my blog. Thank you mr. Horn.

So I din not fall asleep til 7 am this morning. Then I slept through all but one of my classes! I was soo mad! Apparently my dad called to make sure I was awake but I so don't remember it.

Oh damn there goes that stupid train again. Oh story about the train well more of the train tracks. Two weekends ago I dropped my phone on the train tracks and didn't realize it. Luckily some amazing woman saved it from an unspeakable fate! But when I had no idea where it was I was freaking out.

Oh good news tomorrow I get my monthly allowance! I'll be extremely happy if I also get my debit card in the mail. Money is so necessary even if you have to ration it cause you only have so much for one month I am so lucky that I don't have to take out loans for college! I know so many ppl who did and they are stressed because they have no clue how to pay it back without a job if they can't get one right away.

On December 4th I am going to be in NYC!!! I don't know if I'm going to see a show or not but I am hoping to live with ny friend from highschool. Speaking of highschool I keep coming across peoples look alikes here at school. It's kids creepy. Funny but creepy.

Wanna know something sad? It's only 7:33 and I wantto go to bed! I decknitelyneed to eat something firstbut I probably will go to bed within a half hour though. Well let's see what I end up doing.

Goodnight sleep tight... Oh fuck it! Part III

Yes so it's 5:16 and I'm still wide awake! As avenue q says "it sucks to be me!" I hate insomnia soo soo much! I'm very lucky that I do not have a migraine right now.

I keep blanking on what I want to write. So warning this post might be a wee bit boring. So people are actually reading my blog and I find that exciting! I didn't think anyone would but apparently people are finding it funny and amusing as some friends have told me. I guess being random has paid off.

Did you know that I can sign the song imagine? Because like legit I can! Tell me and I'll teach you if you want! I actually had to learn for my senior song in chorus. It was really fun. Only problem is now whenever I hear the song I have to sign it. It's soo weird!

Yeah about that right there^ I am at my most random when I'm physically exhausted.

So when I was younger for the longest time I thought funner was a word. Then my friends mom would always get annoyed with me and my friend so we would say it on purpose lol.

Sometimes I will sing a song over and over again so I can get it perfect. But I must admit that I feel bad for everyone else in my hallway or rather my floor be quad I sing soo loud and hearing the same song 7 or 8 times in a row can get annoyungoften I will video tape myself singing as well because for my theatre pieces I need to show emotion and in general it helps you become aware of making faces when you hit a sour note and helps prevent you from doing it sa often. I am really good at critiquing myself and that's important because I will improve faster.

So this allergy rash from silver on my neck doesn't want to go away I'm afraid it will last all week! That would so suck. Especially because people keep joking that it's a giant hickey even though no one in the world has a mouth as wide as my neck!

Ok so I doubt anyone knows it but I have the song slow me down by Sarah brightman stuck in my head for no reason.

Goodnight sleep tight... Yeah right! Part II

So it's now a few hours later from my last post and guess what? I'm still awake! I'm probably just gonna have a sleepless night from the looks of it. It really sucks but I'll survive. Who needs sleep right?

So counting down it's now only 21 days til thanksgiving break!!! I'm soo psyched! Though you probably guessed that from the three exclamation points. According to my sister thanksgiving is her favorite holiday. Why you might ask? Because it's a day where you can be a pig without needing an excuse or feeling guilty. Until last year when she announced this for the first time I never knew she liked eating so much! Speaking of food this is like day four where I'm absolutely starving at night. So I'm eating fall m&ms which my mom sent me for Halloween.

Fun fact so far all of my blog posts including this one have been from my iPod.
Another fun fact when I actually do sleep I almost always wake up with blankets on the floor because I move so much in my sleep!

So let's talk about my dorm. It is located in "the ghetto" of the campus. The triad which is the real name of it's location is spook noisy! At almost all hours of the night I can hear talking from my window. Also people are often loud in the halls which I'm starting to suspect in some cases it's because they're drunk in other cases they are just rude or annoying. Me and my roommate are sometimes entertained by people in the hallway. Like earlier tonight for example someone like legit fell down one stair that is randomly in the hallway and then exclaimed that the stair is a fire hazard. It was soo funny!but that was only because it was so random. I'm glad the person is ok. Usually that kind of stuff happens to me so I was happy that it wasn't me for a change.

Well today should be interesting going on no or very little sleep. It's a light day for me but my last class is from 4:40-6:10! Oh it's all dancing too so I'll be dead after it. I feel a tad bit sleepy right now but not enough to actually fall asleep yet. Somewhere over the rainbow insomnia doesn't exist and sleeping meds actually work

I often wonderwhy the weather has to be so dumb. I mean one day last week it was 74• and on either Wednesday or Thursday this week it's supposed to snow! someone please explain to me how this is possible. It just makes me annoyed why can't the entire earth be tropical? Don't get me wrong I love the polar bears! I just think that cold weather is horrible! I mean it's when the most sicknesses go around and I'm autoimmune to at least half of them so I know I'll catch at least 7 different bugs! I want to be healthy! Soo soo badly! I do I do I do! Ok I'm done that rant now. Ok for now I shall stop this blog post because I really have to pee.

Goodnight sleep tight... Yeah not really

Don't you just love insomnia? No? Didn't think so. Here's what I tend to do when I can't sleep this blog! Have you ever noticed how all my posts are at crazy hours? Yes? Well that's because my insomnia at college is worse than at home! But I think it's a common thing for the most part.

So did you ever wonder about the title of my blog? It got named from a joke at an improv show I went to. So it was this game with volunteers and during the scene the volunteers would fill in the blanks. Well I was one of the volunteers and I got a mad case of the giggles whenever I spoke. The other volunteer was much better. So she had to fill in the name of a restaurant where the couple had like had sex on the table or something and that made the name of the restaurant "oh my Gah!" I couldn't stop laughing for like a minute so that stuck. Then when I made this blog I wanted a unique name and I thought of that.

Oh so my tension headaches got treatment tonight and I feel much better!

Other random stuff includes my best friend back home. His name is Jon. Jon is a highscool junior this year and almost 17!!! Idk why I hang out with him to be honest he likes to insult me(jokingly of course) and give me shaken friend syndrome. But then again I insult him back. How did we meet? Well that's an interesting story... We actually met online. It was on this broadway fan website and somehow we found out we lived near eachother after becoming quite good friends and well now we're like inseparable! I really miss him even though he is abusive.

Hmm what to talk about now? Oh I got something. So by my college there is a train stop and you always know when it's close because it always blows it's horn. ALWAYS!!!!! Like just now at almost 1 am I heard it's annoying horn. Me and my roommate always complain about it. It's awful cause when you are trying to fall asleep and you hear it you're suddenly wide awake. Fuck my life like seriously! Well ok not my whole life cause I have things really good.

So I think I mentioned before that I am a knitter. Well often in the middle of the night I go walking in my sleep. Ok no I don't just the way I said in the middle of the night made me think of that song. Anyways in the middle of the night I often go into my dorms lounge and knit. There are always people there and I've so far gotten like ten requests to knit things for people. It's soo random but kinda cool at the same time. Right now I have a couple projects going. Two pairs of socks. Idk why but I really love making socks. And now I am tempted to do so. So off I go down to the lounge to knit.

Sometimes not sleeping makes you feel high

Hello at 2:00 am on November 1st! Have you ever felt high from not sleeping? Well that's how I feel right now. I've been up since maybe 8:30 am yesterday and I just feel funny. Things are moving at weird paces, occasionally I see double or moving or blurred vision. Oh part of me not being able to sleep is this giant painful and itchy rash on my neck from wearing a silver necklace. Now I am well aware that I am allergic to silver but I was unaware that this necklace was silver until it was too late. Apparently it looks like I am covered in hickeys. This should be interesting come tomorrow in class.

In other news it's been a fun weekend. Friday I went to a party yesterday I Saturday I went to a dance and last night I went trick or treating. All three days I was a cat and someone thought I was a cow? I am confused by this I mean everyone else somehow knew I was a cat... But then again this person might have been drunk tonight and maybe Saturday night too idk it's hard go know.

One of my besties returned to school yesterday after having a rough couple of weeks and I'm Sooooooo happy she's back cause I really missed her! So my neck is itching like crazy right now and I really want to itch it but know that is the worrlds worst idea. Yet for some reason I am still sneaking in itches. I dint think I will ever learn. I'm like Charlie brown a hopeless case. It's funny I'm saying that cause in you're a good man Charlie brown I played Lucy who would never dare say something like that about herself. Oh well sometimes you don't fit the part like a glove. As long as you can act it well you are ok :). So I'm thinking I might need to call home to get ideas of how to fall asleep instead of writing a blog post. I just think that might just be a better use of my time wish me luck in getting to sleep.

Halloween weekend!

Halloween is on Sunday so that means starting tomorrow there are halloween parties! The first one I'm going to will be at 9:00 pm at my friends dorm. I'm going as a cat and I'm using my costume from when I did the show cats.

On Saturday there is a Halloween dance. Before the dance though there is cupcake decorating. Both are costume attire so that should be fun.

Today I got 3 bags of candy in the mail. I'm surprised I still have some left! It was 3 of my favorites too. Reeses m&ms and mounds. Yeah definitely shocked I have most of it left. It's a mystery alright.

Today I've been getting tension headaches and it really sucks! I missed a class because of it too! Hope I'm ok tomorrow. If I'm not I'm gonna have to suck it up. I have 2 essays I have to write tomorrow too! I think both of them are 4 pages. We'll see how that goes. Ok so getting tired now so I'm gonna attempt sleep especially since it's actually quiet on a thirsty Thursday!

Random acts of kindness

If there is one thing I appreciate it is a Random Act of Kindness or a RAK. I love doing them and I love receiving them. This month I did a crochet one of a little whale to hold earbuds(I will post a pic later) and today I received a knit pattern one. It's just so nice to receive things like this! I've had good karma and I blame it on that.

Idk why I just love doing things for other ppl though. It pays off sometimes too like tonight when I got that email with the pattern. It feels so good to help others or do something nice for them. It's nice to be appreciated too. It's like on Christmas when you give someone that gift they wanted soo badly and you watch their face as they open it! You just feel good. Who doesn't like feeling good?

I try my best to always be kind to everyone but I'm far from perfect. I can be as bitchy as the next person but things like doing raks makes me feel like I'm earning a little bit of that lost respect back. I think everyone should do things like these just because they do make you feel good. No one is perfect and sometimes it means more to get respect from a perfect stranger than a long time friend. That's why I like to do charity things as well. I have been lucky enough to have the things in life that I need but not everyone has. Just giving someone a two second smile on their face feels great. It often pays off too in more ways than just that smile or a thank you. It doesn't always but when it does it's totally worth it.

I know that we'll never get our wish for world peace but doing a good deed gets us a little closer. As an 18 year old college student I often feel like there's not a whole lot I can do but in reality there is. Just telling someone something nice can make their day and I love making pals days. So will I be able to change the world? Probably not but I can change someones day from bad to good and knowing I can do that changes my own personal world and that's pretty cool.

Insomnia is the new sleep!

So did you know that insomnia is ruling my life? No? Well it is. So this weekend I like haven't slept at night and it's awful! But I've realized something. A lot more ppl deal with it than I originally thought. I go down to the lounge a lot when I can't sleep and there is always someone down there looking every bit as tired as I am. It's amazing! I never realized how many ppl are in my shoes!

In other news college beds make farting noises... Well at least my roommates does. I know it's not her either cause no one farts that loud. Also I am jealous of the loves across the hall cause they are never tired and like don't sleep! I can't wait until one day when I am able to do that.

Third topic of 3 am is my stocking knitting addiction. In 2 weeks I have knit 15 of them and am about half way done number 16! They are for a good cause though. They are going to be stuffed and sent to soldiers in Afghanistan. Mostly with things like toiletries but those are much appreciated. I am going to try to stop making them when I hit number 20 but I'm predicting I've become too addicted to stop there.

MoVing on, I can't wait until thanksgiving break! I miss my bed and I'm betting that I actually sleep while I'm home! I also really miss my sister and my dogs. Plus it will be nice to not have to call my parents to talk to them. So hopefully you enjoyed the first edition of Oh my Gah! Off to do something else while sleep evades me.
